KEITH TULLY - MANAGING DIRECTOR

Keith is the Managing Director and started his career in 1992. He has worked at both national and independent firms of Insolvency Practitioners and regularly acts on behalf of the regions professional and financial institutions in restructuring matters.

Keith has particular experience in helping businesses with HMRC liabilities and has a high success rate in proposing realistic repayment terms with the Crown.

Keith lives in Wilmslow has 2 children and unusually is a Manchester born Manchester United fan!


JONATHAN (JON) MUNNERY AABRP - DIRECTOR

Jonathan has spent many years working with companies of all sizes which are facing difficult financial challenges.

Jonathan's extensive experience enables him to identify the problems and offer positive, practical advice, support and solutions that allow companies to survive and move forward again.

Jonathan is an Associate member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals


DYLAN QUAIL – DIRECTOR & INSOLVENCY PRACTITIONER

Dylan is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner and Director.

Dylan qualified as a Solicitor in 1996 and until recently, was a Partner at Pannone LLP, one of the UKs leading law firms, specialising in all aspects of corporate recovery and insolvency with a particular emphasis on non-contentious transaction work for office holders.

Dylan is an Arsenal fan and in his spare time enjoys skiing, socialising and spending time with his family.


NICK MORGAN FCCA FABRP - DIRECTOR

Nick is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants having qualified in 1997. He commenced his insolvency career in 1992 and as a qualified as an insolvency practitioner in 1999. He has worked for both PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG with the majority of his career being based in his native Yorkshire. He has extensive experience in trading administrations and provides regular advice to the regions financial institutions.

Nick lives in Yorkshire and supports Rotherham United


JAMES KAYE BSC FABRP - DIRECTOR

James qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and specialised in both personal and corporate insolvency acting on behalf of the top ten insolvency firms in the country. He became an Insolvency Practitioner in 2000 and headed up the largest personal insolvency company in the country. He is married and lives in Knutsford with his wife and 3 children. He is a Manchester United season ticket holder for the time being.


ROBERT WILKINSON ACCA - SENIOR MANAGER

Robert commenced his insolvency career in 1992. He has over 10 years business recovery and insolvency experience gained working in a big 4 firm, a leading practice of Corporate Rescue and Recovery specialists, and recently as a Manager with a leading corporate rescue firm in Australasia where he managed a portfolio of high profile assignments.

Robert has extensive experience of risk management through his involvement on a number of s.404 Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002 compliance projects throughout the UK and mainland Europe, a role that included a secondment to a FTSE 100 company as Controls and Compliance Manager.


JORDAN HEYS - MANAGER

Jordan commenced his insolvency career in 1998 and has worked at both national and independent firms of insolvency practitioners. He specialises in company and partnership voluntary arrangements and has particular experience in all the types of liquidation procedures.

Jordan is married and lives in Manchester with his 2 children. He has recently since the takeover become a Manchester City Fan.


JAYNE CONSTANTINE - SENIOR CORPORATE INSOLVENCY ADMINISTRATOR

Jayne's insolvency career began at Buchler Phillips Traynor in 1993 and she has since worked at both national and independent firms of insolvency practitioners. She has particular experience in dealing with Company and Partnership Voluntary Arrangements as well as trading Administrations.


LIANNA ANDREWS - CORPORATE INSOLVENCY ADMINISTRATOR

Lianna commenced her insolvency career in 2007 and initially specialised in personal insolvency, however she has recently joined the corporate team specializing in all types of liquidations and the smaller administrations.


STACEY HANMER - BA (HONS) - SENIOR INSOLVENCY ADMINISTRATOR

Stacey commenced her insolvency career in 2005 and has particular expertise of trading administrations and company voluntary arrangements. She recently obtained a merit award in her Certificate of Proficiency of Insolvency (CPI) examinations and is now in the process of studying for her Joint Insolvency Board Exams.

When she is not studying Stacey enjoys travelling.


VICTORIA GORDON - INSOLVENCY ADMINISTRATOR

Victoria's career commenced in 1993 she has worked at both national and independent firms of insolvency practitioners and had experience in both personal and corporate insolvency matters.

Victoria lives in Manchester and is married with 2 children.


DAVID TATTERSALL - CONSULTANT

David has been involved in insolvency for 20 years and regularly provides assistance to business experiencing difficulties. He is based in the Preston office and lives nearby in Longridge with his wife and 2 children. David has a strong emphasis on client care and enjoys helping directors and business owners feeling the stress from the effects of the recession.


TOM TULLY - CONSULTANT

Tom has been involved in the UK Transport and International logistics industry for over 35 years. He regularly provides advice and assistance to this sector and possesses the experience, knowledge and understanding that Directors value in today’s difficult financial climate.

Tom is a keen Golfer playing off 17. However Snooker is his first love, playing regularly in the Manchester tournaments, and believe it or not has a highest break of 127.


MARK PULLEN - CONSULTANT

Mark is based in the firms Bristol office and regularly provides advice and assistance to local professionals, financial institutions and their clients.

He particularly enjoys the restructuring and turnaround aspects of the advice he gives, with a particular emphasis on providing excellent client care and trustworthy advice to people feeling the effects of financial difficulty.

Mark played professional rugby union and is a keen golfer playing off 9, and is a member at Celtic Manor.

He lives in Bristol with his wife and young daughter.
